POWER INPUT CONNECTIONS
Red (+) and black (-) AWG 18 leads,

CONTROL INPUT CONNECTIONS
Orange lead is provided for connection to an electronic controller, to modulate neon brightness or to switch the neon on and off in response to the control signal. This control signal can be further scaled by a built-in adjustment. When this feature is not used, the lead should be connected to the red power lead, which connects the built-in adjustment to function as a brightness control.

OUTPUT CHARACTERISTICS
Output is isolated from input for maximum flexibility of application. Shorted output supplies the rated current. Open circuit or excessive load will cause the unit to shut down, but special circuit will attempt to automatically restart power up to three times to avoid nuisance trips.
